Beautiful Cats and Cat Mysteries
Ran across this blog with a photo of a beautiful cat. The author mentioned Cat Stories by James Herriot (which I have not read) and one commentor (who's blog url thecrotchetygardener is just great!) mentioned Lilian Jackson Braun, the famed cat mystery writer. This reminded me of a great short story of Braun's I read: The Sin of Madame Phloi. A bit eerie, good twist, and clearly Braun understands cats. (Incidentally I've read one of her books and wasn't as enthralled.)
Since we're talking about beautiful cats . . . here's mine (poser).

I love your beautiful cat! However, I must confess that all cats look alike to me.
